Démoulage facile grâce au calage amovible en U et à l’écartement naturel du moule.
Peut servir à la cuisson de gâteaux de voyage (roll-cake...) ou d’inserts pour d’autres
préparations.
Le petit diamètre 30 mm peut servir d’insert pour le diamètre 45 ou 60 mm. Moule en inox.
