la restauration de type “banqueting“ (traiteurs, restauration
d’hôtellerie,...) avec utilisation du système de cloche à
assiettes en acier inoxydable.
5ème roue fixe pour faciliter la manutention.
Special banqueting
"Large capacity" unit to hold 160 plates at temperature in two
individually controlled compartments. Especially adapted to
“banqueting” type catering (caterers, hotel catering, etc.) with
use of the stainless steel plate cover system.
A fixed 5th wheel for easier handling.
